What payments are accepted
We can accept all major credit cards, except American Express
What is included in the fee?
Your fee includes two nights of camping, all workshops, entrance to the expo hall, dinner Saturday night, a tee-shirt, swag, and fun!
Things not included in the fee: Parking at Sac State ($8 a vehicle), most meals
What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend, please let us know in writing by January 1st for a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.
Cancellations Jan 2-16th are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
