Please fill out this form to start your gear rental reservation. You can also call (916) 278-6321 or visit our office to rent or reserve gear. 

We are closed on weekends. Pricing is based on a 1-4 day weekend rate. Pick up Friday, return on Monday. Some items have a single-day rate. This is for pick up and return the same business day.

We recommend reserving and picking up equipment in advance. All Holiday closure days are included free with a 1-4 day rental. Upcoming Holiday Closures:

  • Monday, May 29, 2023 – Memorial Day
  • Monday, June 19, 2023 – Juneteenth
  • Tuesday, July 4, 2023 – Independence Day
  • Monday, September 4, 2023 – Labor Day
  • Friday, November 10, 2023 – Veteran’s Day Observed
  • Thursday & Friday, November 23 & 24 – Thanksgiving
  • Friday, December 22, 2023 - Monday, January 1, 2024 - Holiday Break
Reservations are not confirmed until we contact you, Your payment is processed, & our staff has sent you a receipt.
