Trips & Classes

• There is a $10 fee for all cancellations and transfers
• Limit one transfer per semester
• Transfers are not permitted less than 14 days prior to the event
• Cancellations made less than two weeks (14 days) prior to the event are not eligible for a refund
• In case Peak Adventures cancels for any reason a credit or refund will be given. Please note that bad weather does not mean automatic cancellation. We’ll notify you of any updates regarding your trip or class
• In the event of location-specific safety concerns (smoke, weather, closures, or any other safety concern), Peak Adventures may offer an alternative location. In the event we change locations, participants will be notified and refunds will not be issued

Summer Camps

• A minimum payment of 50% per child, per camp, is required for all registrations
• Full payment is due 14 days prior to the first day of camp
• There is a minimum $100 non-refundable deposit per child, per camp that  is included in the initial registration payment
• Within 14-30 days of the camp’s start date, a refund of 50% may be issued
• Anytime before the 14-30 day window, camp registration is fully refundable, minus the $100 deposit
• Late pick-ups (after 5:15 pm), late drop-offs (after 8:30 am), and early pick-ups (before 5 pm) will result in a $25 fee for every 15 minutes per camper, per occurrence 
• Camp activities begin at 8:00 am each day and end at 5:00 pm. Depending on the daily activities planned, we may not be able to allow early pick-ups and late drop-offs. We cannot guarantee when campers will return from their daily off-campus activities 
• There are no refunds, pro-rates, or make-up days if a camper is absent
• Peak Adventures may cancel camps, with a refund, if minimum enrollment is not met
• In the event of location-specific safety concerns (smoke, weather, closures, or any other safety concern), Peak Adventures may offer an alternative location or switch weekly activity days. In the event we change locations or activity days, parents will be notified and refunds will not be issued

Team Building / Challenge Center / Custom Trips

• Peak Adventures Programs are not confirmed until a signed contract and deposit or a purchase order are received
• The total program fee (or the PO) must be received by Peak Adventures no less than three weeks before the scheduled program date
• Program Number Changes
  • Changes in the number of participants must be made three weeks prior to the scheduled event in order to arrange for appropriate staffing.
  • If participant number changes are made in less than three weeks, the client will be held responsible for the original program fee, plus the fees for any additional participants.
• Program Cancellations
  • Cancellations made three weeks (21 days) prior to the scheduled event are entitled to a refund of all fees paid
  • Cancellations made between one and three weeks (7 and 20 days) prior to the scheduled event will forfeit the program deposit amount
  • Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled event will forfeit the entire program fee
  • For COVID-19-related cancelations, please contact Peak Adventures by phone or email prior to the trip.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to safety concerns. Such cancellations will not result in forfeiture of fees

Bike Shop Merchandise

• All merchandise MUST be in original packaging and in condition for immediate resale
• All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt (no exceptions)
• No refunds or exchanges after 14 days from the original purchase date
• No refunds or exchanges on special orders
• No refunds on bicycles (no exceptions)
• The method of refund depends on the customer’s original payment type

Bike Locker Rentals

• All bike locker rentals are final. No refunds available
• Bike locker key deposit will be returned in full as long as the key is turned in before the locker expires
• Any violations of the contract terms and conditions shall be sufficient grounds for the termination of the rental and the renter must return the key without any formal demand

Equipment Rentals

• 48 hours cancellation notice is required for a refund
• Full payment is required at the time of reservation
• Security deposit required at time of pick-up
• The renter is solely responsible for the equipment and will be charged the full replacement cost for lost, stolen, or badly damaged equipment
• Equipment returned late is subject to a late charge of 1.5 times the regular rental fee
• Cleaning & damage fees will be charged for any items returned in unsatisfactory condition

Bicycle Service Plans

• The service plan is for one bike
• The attempted removal or exchange of the service plan sticker instantly voids the plan
• We have the discretion to deny bikes after inspection due to make, model, year, or condition
• Service plans do NOT include:
  • Any parts, whatsoever
  • Repair of damage from accidents or crashes 
  • Installation of parts NOT purchased at Peak Adventures
  • Repair of damage from abuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
  • Wheel rebuilds 
  • Any internal tech to suspension forks or rear shocks, other than routine lubrication
