This class is "geared" to serve the beginner and average rider. Curriculum includes routine maintenance, cleaning, flat repairs, brake and gear adjustments, trail repairs, and ergonomics. Special attention is given to the basics of user maintenance and simple repairs with a minimum of tools.Click here to learn more.

Starting at the Chili Bar Dam and ending in Coloma, this trip jump starts with the infamous ¼ mile long Meat Grinder rapid. Before you have a chance to dry you’ll continue to hit Class II and Class III rapids aptly named Triple Threat, and Troublemaker. A typical day on the upper section is approximately 3 to 4 hours on the water. Click here to learn more.

This classic section of the South Fork offers scenic views of the canyon walls with some wet and wild fun. Start on the milder class II section then paddle through class III rapids such as Fowler's Rock, Satan's Cesspool and Hospital Bar. Click here to learn more.

On The Peak:

This class covers wilderness first aid topics such as patient assessment, shock and bleeding, head and spinal injuries, wounds, musculo-skeletal injuries, heat and cold illnesses and much more. The highlight of this class is practicing your skills in hands-on scenarios. Click here to learn more.
