Learn to Ski or Snowboard

How- To Clinic: Flat Fix

In this class you will learn how to fix a flat on both your front and rear tires as well as what to pack in your repair kit. After this class you will never be left calling for a ride the next time you get a flat tire. Minimum age is 13. Click here to learn more.

Basic Bike Maintenance

This class is "geared" to serve the beginner and average rider. Curriculum includes routine maintenance, cleaning, flat repairs, brake and gear adjustments, trail repairs, and ergonomics. Click here to learn more.

Intro to Rock Climbing

If you've always wanted to try this exciting sport, but didn't know how to get started, look no further! Designed for the adventurous beginner, this all day course provides an introduction to outdoor climbing. We’ll cover the basics: knot tying, belaying, general equipment use, and basic climbing techniques. Click here to learn more.

On The Peak:

Cronan Ranch Night Hike

A night hike can transform a hike into a new experience. The Cronan Ranch Regional Trails Park connects to a larger trail system that runs all the way from Coloma to Salmon Falls. We’ll follow a shorter set of trails along rolling hills moving through both grasslands and oak woodlands. If it’s a clear night we’ll do some astronomy as well. Click here to learn more.

Learn to Ski or Snowboard

If you've been wanting to try skiing or snowboarding, or if you're just a bit rusty, this is a great opportunity to get away from the Sacramento fog and into the Sierra snow. We do the driving so you can sit back and enjoy the scenery. Click here to learn more.

Wine Tasting in Placerville

Spend the day on a Peak Adventure wine tasting trip to Placerville! You will have the opportunity to taste wines from an array of different wineries such as the Lava Cap Winery. In addition to this prime location, we may visit other wineries such as Crystal Basin Cellars, Findleton Estate and Vineyard, and Boeger Winery.
